Privacy Policy — OEM App
OEM is an internal field-operations app built by Atlanta Systems for engineers and staff to manage site visits, installations, trips, expenses and support tickets. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how it's protected.
OEM is a workforce app used by Atlanta Systems' field engineers and staff to check in and out of duty, log site visits and installations, record trips and expenses, and manage support tickets. It is provided to employees and authorized contractors for work purposes — it is not a consumer product and does not collect data from the general public.
This policy is written to meet Google Play and Apple App Store data-safety disclosure requirements, and to tell users of the app plainly what is collected and why.
We collect only what the app needs to run field operations. Categories, in order of how central they are to the app's function:

The Android and iOS apps request the following permissions. Each is used only for the feature named — none run in the background beyond an active duty session.

Work data (visits, trips, orders, tickets, expenses, attachments) is stored on Atlanta Systems' servers. A small amount of session data — your user ID and login state — is cached locally on your device to keep you signed in and is cleared when you log out or uninstall the app. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
Work and expense records are retained for as long as needed for operational, accounting and audit purposes, consistent with Atlanta Systems' internal record-keeping practices. Location data tied to a visit or duty session is retained as part of that record for the same period. When your employment or engagement ends, your account access is deactivated; historical work records may be retained as part of company records.
You can review or request correction of your account details through your manager or HR contact at Atlanta Systems. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete data that is not required to be retained for legal, accounting or audit reasons, contact us using the details below.
OEM is a workforce tool for employed and contracted adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify users through the app or through Atlanta Systems' internal communications channels.
